Why consumer distrust of dealerships runs high

There is a gap between perception and reality when it comes to dealership pricing and financing, according to the KPA 2024 Dealership Trust Survey. But the survey by the dealership safety and compliance firm still reveals dealerships have work to do to gain consumers' confidence.
