Kia loses bid to dismiss suit involving Set For Life service plan at closed dealership

A federal judge in Pennsylvania has rejected a bid by Kia Motors America to toss out part of a lawsuit that seeks to hold the automaker liable for a defunct dealership’s Set for Life free maintenance and service benefit program.
