Happy 50th

Cox Automotive Executive Vice President Dale Pollak was recognized for his 50th anniversary of attending the NADA convention. Pollak, whose father was a Buick-Opel dealer, started coming to the event in 1969 at age 10. Back then, Pollak said, dealers were worried about the strength of franchise laws as factories put the squeeze on warranty reimbursements -- a topic that still resonates today.
