Bécancour, Quebec’s EV battery hub, gets $327.6M in government help as construction of key plants continues

The federal and Quebec governments have committed $327.6 million (CND) to upgrade port infrastructure in Bécancour, Que., giving the emerging battery hub a vote of confidence despite delays and significant shake-ups to electric vehicle supply chain projects underway in the city.
