Canadian supplier ABC Technologies to buy U.K.’s TI Fluid for $1.8B

ABC Technologies Holdings Inc. has agreed to buy U.K.-based parts supplier TI Fluid Systems plc for about £1 billion (CDN $1.8 billion), a deal that will more than double the Toronto-based plastics manufacturer’s global footprint and greatly expand its product portfolio.
