Newly combined $5.4B auto supplier to be based in Michigan

Toronto-based ABC Technologies Inc. has completed its acquisition of U.K.-based TI Fluid Systems, creating a private equity-owned supplier with $5.4 billion in annual revenue, to be headquartered 33 miles north of Detroit in Auburn Hills.
