Honda store settles with Pa. attorney general over ‘valueless’ F&I product

Faulkner Honda, in Harrisburg, Pa., has agreed to pay $10,000 in fines plus restitution to customers for selling "valueless" warranty products, according to the Pennsylvania attorney general's office.
