Ford Credit posts ‘outstanding' $962 million Q1 profit

A Ford dealership in Clifton, N.J. Ford Credit benefited from an improving economy in the first quarter, foregoing the need to set aside funds to cover credit losses on auto loans as it did a year ago early in the COVID-19 outbreak.
