WILMINGTON, Del. -- A Delaware judge ruled on Friday that Tesla Inc.'s board of directors must defend at a trial CEO Elon Musk's multibillion dollar pay package, which a shareholder lawsuit said unjustly enriched the head of the electric vehicle company.
