Stuttgart prosecutors suspend investigation into ex-VW CEO Winterkorn

FRANKFURT -- Prosecutors in Stuttgart have dropped a market manipulation investigation into former Volkswagen Group CEO Martin Winterkorn, deferring to a criminal case against him in the city of Brunswick.
