French President Emmanuel Macron told Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe that he is worried about Carlos Ghosn's conditions in jail, making his strongest comments yet on the former Renault-Nissan leader and the scandal that has rocked Renault's decades-old alliance with Nissan.
