ROME — Italy’s plans to reduce the funds set aside to support the country’s automotive industry by €4.6 billion ($5 billion) in the next five years could hit sales of EVs in the country and increase tensions between Stellantis and Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni’s government.
