VW dealers: Communication with customers and brand crucial

Volkswagen dealers, especially those who turned their new vehicles quickly, experienced their best profit levels in years in 2021 and look to continue that momentum in 2022 so long as inventory keeps arriving, says the chairman of the Volkswagen National Dealer Advisory Council.
