AUTOMOTIVE NEWS: Volvo wants 1 million electric vehicles on the road by 2025. How do you feel about that goal? MATTHEW HAIKEN: It’s a bold statement that got everybody’s attention. As soon as they made it, my phone rang off the hook from consumers and bankers asking what does this mean. It’s a slow transition.
