Rhode Island dealerships settle deceptive sales claims for $1 million

"We are promoting a fair, transparent, and competitive marketplace for all consumers, workers, and businesses. Rhode Islanders should trust that the price they see at the start of a transaction is the price they pay at the end," Attorney General Peter Neronha said in a statement.
