Penske Automotive agrees to buy 15 premium brand dealerships in U.K. from Rybrook Group

Penske Automotive Group Inc. said it signed an agreement to acquire 15 dealerships from Rybrook Group Ltd., a group in the United Kingdom representing about $1 billion in annual revenue. The deal is expected to close in January.
