BLUEFIELD, W.Va. — Auto dealer William Cole Jr. died June 28 at 88. In 1965, he took over operation of his father's International Harvester dealership, Cole Motor Co. A decade later, he formed Truck City Parts and in 1982 purchased Evans Chevrolet, which became Cole Chevrolet-Cadillac. He retired in 2004. Cole also was a former president of the West Virginia Auto Dealers Association.
