Horne Auto Group's next-manager-up planning will pay dividends
Bob Cawley, left, recruited Jimmy Powell in 2011 to join him at Horne Auto and become the service manager for the company’s Hyundai affiliate. Now Powell will replace Cawley as corporate fixed operations director.
