A Connecticut dealership initially told a customer his credit application was approved and gave him a vehicle in a spot delivery, only to later inform him his credit was denied and demand that he return the car, according to a lawsuit alleging unfair trade practices, violation of the Equal Credit Opportunity Act and other violations.
