Alliance calls Mass. ‘right to repair' law unconstitutional in lawsuit

The Alliance for Automotive Innovation on Friday filed a federal lawsuit over a recently enacted ballot measure in Massachusetts that updates an existing state law, expanding access to data related to vehicle maintenance and repair.
