Reengineering in 2024
Lamborghini reengineered its volume model, the Urus SUV, with a plug-in hybrid drivetrain. The Urus SE is the most powerful version of the SUV with total output nearing 800 hp. The Urus SE adds an electric motor with 189 hp to a twin-turbo V-8 engine that produces 611 hp. The SE has a 25.9-kilowatt-hour battery above the rear differential that gives the Urus an electric-only range of 37 miles at a maximum speed of 80 mph, Lamborghini said. Global deliveries are set to begin by year end.
