Former SAIC-GM execs unveil brand, product prototype for EV startup HiPhi

Ding Lei and Phil Murtaugh, who led General Motors’ car joint venture with SAIC Motor Corp., formally launched an electric-vehicle brand with the introduction of a prototype.
