FAW to spend $262.5 million to upgrade storied Red Flag sedan

SHANGHAI -- FAW Car Co., the car manufacturing unit of China FAW Group Corp., plans to spend 1.8 billion ($263.5 million) to upgrade a factory to build the company's storied Red Flag premium sedan.
