Borgward, famed German brand revived by BAIC truck unit, declared bankrupt

Borgward, the German car brand Beiqi Foton Motor Co., a truck subsidiary of state-owned automaker BAIC Group Corp., attempted to revive in China, was declared bankrupt by a court in Beijing this week.
