Gotion to build EV battery plant in Slovakia

Gotion Germany plant — Gotion launched output at a plant in Gottingen, Germany, on Sept. 16, 2023. When operational, the factory will be able to churn out 20 GWh of lithium ion battery cells annually. (GOTION)

Gotion High Tech Co., a major Chinese battery maker for electric vehicles, plans to construct its second European plant in the Slovakian city of Surany.
