Aisin to form automatic transmission joint ventures with GAC, Geely

Aisin Seiki is establishing joint ventures with GAC Motor Co. and Geely Automobile Holdings to build six-speed automatic transmissions for the two major Chinese carmakers, the Japanese supplier said last week.
