25% of EVs sold in Europe in 2024 will be made in China, lobby group says

Chinese-made electric vehicles will capture a quarter of Europe’s EV market this year, up from 19.5 percent in 2023, despite tariffs the European Union is likely to levy on such EVs, the European Federation for Transport and Environment said in a report published Wednesday.
