Will the Kia EV3 be affordably priced?

Kia's EV3 subcompact crossover — expected to be the first inexpensive EV entry in the U.S. — has moved from concept to production form. A Kia EV with similar dimensions to the concept was spotted by spy photographers undergoing cold-weather testing in northern Sweden while almost entirely covered in camouflage.
