Ford will unveil updated F-150 at Detroit auto show

The F-150, the crown jewel in Ford’s F-Series lineup of pickups, which is the nation’s best-selling vehicle line, is due for a mid-cycle freshen this year before a next-generation model launches in 2026. (BLOOMBERG)

Ford Motor Co. CEO Jim Farley said Thursday the company will unveil an updated F-150 pickup, as well as a new hybrid variant, this September at the Detroit auto show.
