Infiniti offers Q60 Neiman Marcus Limited Edition

Infiniti is the latest automaker to be featured in Neiman Marcus’ Christmas Book.The Q60 Neiman Marcus Limited Edition is priced at $63,000 in the retailer’s 2016 fantasy gifts collection. The price does not include taxes, title, licensing, registration or shipping. The cars will go on sale at noon Eastern on Nov. 2. Infiniti call centers will collect the names and contact information of customers who want to purchase one of the vehicles and will then pass the information on to a dealership to conclude the sale, an Infiniti spokeswoman said.Deliveries will take place in December.Only 50 copies of the Neiman Marcus edition Q60 will be offered. The coupe is based on the Red Sport 400 variant that features a 3.0-liter twin-turbo V-6 engine that produces 400 hp. The regular Q60 Red Sport 400 starts at $52,205, including shipping.The Neiman Marcus edition features a unique exterior color, dubbed “Solar Mica” and has carbon fiber accents on the fender vents, fog-light finishers, mirror caps and rear spoiler.Inside, there are “Gallery White” leather seats and silver optic fiber interior trim.Also included with the car is an ivory leather bag, a plaque with the car’s VIN, a letter of authenticity and a custom Neiman Marcus indoor car cover.Infiniti will also donate $1,000 to the Heart of Neiman Marcus Foundation for each purchase, the automaker said. The Q60, which went on sale in late August, has been redesigned using the platform of Infiniti’s volume-leading Q50 sedan. The nameplate previously was a renamed old-generation G37.Last year, the Dallas-based retailer offered a custom Ford Mustang convertible. In previous years, a variety of mostly exotic cars including Aston Martins, McLarens and Maseratis have all graced the pages of the catalog.
