AutoAssure faces Minnesota probe over sales practices

Twenty-eight Minnesota consumers reported they were deceived by vehicle service contract provider AutoAssure. Now Minnesota Attorney General Lori Swanson has filed a motion aimed at forcing the company to provide a record of its Minnesota transactions and sales tactics.
