(Bloomberg) -- Toyota Motor Corp., Chrysler Group, Nissan Motor Co., Honda Motor Co. and their dealers plan to scrap more than 15,000 new vehicles damaged by Hurricane Sandy as the industry continues assessing the storm's impact.
