Irma Elder: 'This is one of the toughest times we have had'

What has it been like for you as a woman in the auto industry? I agree there are certain things women cannot do. I don’t have the stamina to carry 50 pounds of whatever. But I have the brains to do other things. Women have the ability to do so much. Women are very smart and belong in the automotive industry, believe me.
