After spending the past decade as a line executive at J.D. Power and Associates, Mr. Krivan has transitioned into a new position as Special Advisor to the Management Committee. In this role, he is responsible for advising the firm on critical client and product issues and opportunities that affect the firm’s top and bottom line. Mr. Krivan serves on the firm’s Values Steering Committee and is the Executive Sponsor of the Strategy Transition Team. Mr. Krivan’s career in consulting and in the automotive industry provides a solid base of experience for this new position at J.D. Power and Associates. He spent more than 15 years at Rockwell Automotive, where he held positions of increasing responsibility, and most recently was vice president of marketing. Earlier, he was responsible for the aftermarket business in North America for approximately four years and led the European heavy-vehicle component business for three years. He also held staff positions in business planning and marketing. Mr. Krivan earned a bachelor’s degree from Harvard University and an MBA from the Tuck School at Dartmouth College.
