Thomas Hanna is a retired president of the American Automobile Manufacturers Association (AAMA), the national trade association representing U.S. domestic motor-vehicle manufacturing companies. He retired from the AAMA in January 1994 after more than 26 years with the association. In the eight years prior to his retirement, he served as president and CEO. Prior to AAMA, Mr. Hanna was technical director of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers.
