Ghosn, Kelly, Nissan indicted for under-reporting compensation

TOKYO – Tokyo prosecutors have indicted ousted Nissan boss Carlos Ghosn, close aide Greg Kelly and Nissan Motor Co. for allegedly misstating Ghosn’s compensation in the company’s financial filings over several years.
