Barra says PSA-Opel deal would benefit both companies

Barra is in Germany to brief Opel management on the developing relationship with PSA.

FRANKFURT -- General Motors CEO Mary Barra told employees that combining GM's European Opel and Vauxhall business with Peugeot would be beneficial for both companies.
