Chevy Cruze hatchback spied in Detroit

Chevrolet is close to adding a hatchback model to the Cruze lineup. This captured fleet test vehicle was spotted last week in the Detroit area. Just before a new vehicle is released to dealers, General Motors personnel are given early production models to test drive for one last shakedown. The Cruze hatchback is powered by a turbocharged 1.4-liter engine. The base price is $22,115, including shipping. It is due to arrive at dealers late next month.
