Nissan develops new ethanol fuel cells to jump infrastructure hurdle

The test bench for Nissan's solid oxide fuel cell that runs on bio-ethanol electric power. It features an e-bio fuel-cell with an SOFC power generator. The SOFC utilizes the reaction of multiple fuels, including ethanol and natural gas, with oxygen to produce electricity with high efficiency.
