Tennessee reviews provisions to recoup investment from VW

(Bloomberg) -- Tennessee lawmakers will review the state’s investment of hundreds of millions in incentives for Volkswagen AG’s Chattanooga plant and provisions for recouping money if the company’s emissions-cheating scandal threatens jobs.
