California to launch separate VW emissions probe, report says

LOS ANGELES (Bloomberg) -- California plans to conduct its own probe of Volkswagen in the widening fallout from the company’s admission that 11 million of its diesel vehicles use software to cheat emissions tests, a person familiar with the matter told Bloomberg.
