Ferrari spin-off to reduce Fiat Chrysler debt by $894 million

MILAN (Reuters) -- Fiat Chrysler Automobiles expects its net industrial debt to drop by about $894 million (715 million euros) thanks to a planned Ferrari spin-off, a regulatory filing showed on Wednesday.
