Ferrari chief near exit after clash with Marchionne, report says

MILAN (Bloomberg) -- Ferrari Chairman Luca Cordero di Montezemolo is close to leaving the super-car maker because of a clash over strategy with the brand's parent Fiat and CEO Sergio Marchionne, people familiar with the matter told Bloomberg.
