Tesla will build cars in China within 4 years, says Musk

BEIJING (Bloomberg) -- Tesla Motors Inc. CEO Elon Musk, who’s preparing to begin deliveries of the Model S electric vehicle in China, said he expects to be making cars in the country in the next three to four years.
